Lisalyn R. Jacobs charged and arraigned today for assaulting Ben Vonderheide, aka. Daddy Justice At a VAWA Hearing in the Senate Building in Washington D.C. Another one bites the dust.
Do your job VAWA people and stop supporting and defending false accusations or you will be exposed and go down one by one.

Lisalyn R. Jacobs joined Legal Momentum as vice president for government relations in March of 2003. She began her legal career at the National Partnership for Women and Families under the auspices of Georgetown’s Women’s Law & Public Policy Fellowship. Following three years in private practice, she joined the Office of Policy Development of the U.S. Justice Department in 1995 and worked on a number of issues including implementation of the Violence Against Women Act, the welfare reform law, judicial nominations. and affirmative action. She also served as Chief of Staff of the Civil Rights Division, as well as Special Counsel to the Director of the Violence Against Women Office. In May of 2000, she left DOJ and for nearly three years was a civil and human rights consultant on issues ranging from capital punishment to affirmative action, and international human rights. She has testified before congressional committees at both the state and federal levels.

How typical of someone to claim victim status, especially a woman who is in a powerful position, when she truthfully is the perpetrator of a crime. Shame on her! Lisalyn R. Jacobs is guilty of assault an battery with willful intent. Glad to see that she got arrested. Now, she should be prosecuted, found guilty for felony assault and battery, and go to jail.
Only then will these hateful, poor excuses for a woman like her, stop committing crimes against other people and genders, and stop their misandry. Violence against anyone, male, female, or pet, is unacceptable and should be dealt with accordingly.
As an African American woman, she clearly should know better as her race was so severely brutalized by oppression and hate for so long, especially the men. Shame on her!!!
Lisalyn R. Jacobs works for Legal Momentum as vice president for government relations and has a background in law and working for the DOJ. So it is clear that she knows the law, but obviously from the video, could care less about it.
A violation of one’s privacy, if it was true that a public figure in public has any privacy, still does not give them the right to commit felony assault and battery against another person. No excuses! Ms. Jacobs is not the victim here, she is just a blatant and violent perpetrator. Bye bye Ms. Jacobs.
Hopefully, this will be one more hater removed from society. Pay attention Dr. Phil and others, woman and mothers are guilty of violence too, at extremely increasing and horrifying numbers.
Start reporting the truth rather than lying in conjunction with the myth that only men commit violence. That;s a load of whooey!
She will not get even PC 415. The system is so corrupt that she will walk out of court room with “disturbance of peace” (2) with $300 fine. I can bet on that.
I don’t wish her any ill will… just the same justice meated out that she thrust upon the other innocent victims… but she’s guilty as sin. (Video shows her throwing a punch). Ladylike behavior is definitely absent.

Too many people use false statements ofdomestic violence to get custody of their children as a true victim and my children of domestic violence because of this we were harmed repeatedly by the abuser and the courts. I had over 200 police reports ffather tried to choke my daughter at his visit and beat my son . When I went to courts judge denied us protection even when the police saw him attack me courts did nothing for years we have lived with harrasment threats attacks and the courts just victimize the victims just like the abuser. In fact courts gave my children to abuser never did they help us my children went through years of abuse . Judges need to look at real evidence whether it be a man abuser or woman. Look at this judge for example they abuse their power even if they are the abusers usually get away with it about time they start getting arrested for their actions towards others. We all are speaking out videoing taping to make sure they get what they deserve . Jail!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good going Ben…

One down many to go!!!!. I hope that one day all their corrupt and unconstitutional VAWA divorce business will collapce. Their VAWA commits crimes and blames US citisens. VAWA is a shame of Congress. They also support green card fraud – I witnessed 5 cases of fraud where VAWA helped illegalls to fabricate “abuse”
VAWA was intended to help victims find refuge. I get it… but let’s face it the system needs a revamping or to completely disappear. Churches, social groups, community centers should take care of their own. We are running to the government for help when we can do things much better on our own. Let’s build our communities and strengthen our family ties. Begin with love. (Yes, she must step down).
Expose expose expose the whole corrupt family court system where lies are rewarded, perjury is the norm and everybody knows and no one ever cares!
In my opinion I think people care they just don’t know what to do or how to help. Our court system is cumbersome and they use every trick in the trade to bog the wheels of progress down. Children suffer in the balance of deceit. We must change the way we behave in order to make a difference in this world. If parents would come to an agreement before getting attorney’s in the mix our lives would be less complicated. Remember that attorney’s are there to help but they do slow the process down and cost money. We must put our differences aside and do what is best In the best interest of the children.
